Life is Good is a series that I developed by utilizing an array of toys as a reference to express a critique of the current reality faced by the youth in the Republic of Korea. Specifically, my artistic commentary highlights the negative impacts of the older generation's fixation on their children's education, resulting in a younger generation that has been compelled to engage in a perpetual competition with one another. In essence, this cycle has transformed the younger generation into mere products of a mass production system akin to a prefabricated toy. The younger generation's lives have been surrendered to the conflicting desires of the older generation, leading to a state of soullessness, akin to a puppet. Despite any personal desires, children are molded to conform to a predetermined societal standard.
